We offer a wide variety of delivery options including LTL & Truckload:
Designer Freight Program
Century Services is in a unique position to help you in several ways you might not have thought of. Our varied customer base
and their special needs offer us the opportunity to create new services. An example is the Designer Freight Program. Some customers prefer to
spend time with their clients - not dealing with freight issues. To eliminate this concern we offer:
Percentage Rates: We charge a percentage of your purchase total for freight, based on your location. When you quote a project you will be able
to know exactly how much the freight will cost. No more guessing!
No Freight Claims: We are the carrier so we handle any freight claims. All we ask is that your receiver follow well
established freight handling and receiving proceedures. We will handle any claim issues with our Trucking Division or with
a preferred carrier.
Speedy Service: To insure fast service, we will ship either via Century Services or by using one of our
preferred carriers. The shipments will be freight "prepaid" using a simple percentage rate table. Any fuel surcharges
are already included in the price.
First Class Customer Service: Century Services represents Century Furniture as you would expect. We understand
your needs and tailor all of our relationships with you in mind. It is our pleasure to provide you with excellent customer
service.

We offer extensive backhaul services from destinations in our service region back into the Hickory area.
We provide shippers and brokers with professional service that reflects our background as manufacturers.
