Managing Damage and Claims Resolutions
1. In most cases the customer is not involved in the claim process. The claim is handled internally between
Century Furniture and the partnering delivery service.
2. Inspect all product thoroughly prior to the driver and delivery service leaving. Note any questions and comments on the
delivery documents, prior to signing for receipt of product.
3. If damage is noticed after the driver leaves, please let us know immediately.
4. If the customer chooses their own delivery service, they are required to file all claims.
5. Contact your Century Customer Service representative if you have any questions.
