final delivery of the order.
At Century, we see a need to insure a perfect finishing touch on the customer experience by providing a Century supported
White Glove Home Delivery Service to our customers. Century may elect to deliver to select installations, or we will partner
with a reputable delivery service to deliver and install for Century. These partnering delivery services will be trained
to deluxe, wrap, deliver, and install according to Century standards and expectations.
Every order will get the following attention and services:
- Inspection of goods prior to delivery
- Deluxing
- Blanket-wrapping
- Delivery
- Home installation and setup
- Removal of all packaging debris

What is included with the White Glove Delivery Program?
Installations include:
- Delivery notification
- Full setup in the client's home, placement as required by client
- Install all shelves and glass
- Complete setup of beds
- Secure hutches, china tops, armoire tops and bookcases to bases
- Attach table tops to bases, or table legs to tops
- Install hardware
- Level all furniture to insure doors close and align properly
- Removal of all packing materials (dunnage/waste)
Installations
do not include:
- Moving existing furniture
- Attaching furniture/accessories to walls or other building structures
- Hanging mirrors or pictures on walls
- Disassemble doors or door frames to install furniture into a home or room
- Setup or connect electronic equipment
- Bedding removal
